How to Enroll
A completed Registration Information Form and a signed Parent or Guardian Release Form must be returned to the Registration area on a Saturday San Diego Youth Development Center (SDYDC) Life Equals Fun Kid’s Camp to enroll.
Campers and parents may contact San Diego Youth Development Center (SDYDC) Life Equals Fun Kid’s Camp staff with any questions, or updates to registration information provided.
No fee will be charged for any eligible participant.
Participants will not be discriminated against based on race, ethnicity, or disability.

Please be sure to read it carefully, sign it, and return it to the SDYDC Registration Team. A parent or legal guardian signature on this form is required to participate in SDYDC: Life Equals Fun Kid’s Camp.
